The Lotus Centre offers a range of yoga classes for new or experienced yoga students.

* Please note: casual spaces may be limited, term sign up is recommended
Class Levels
Level 1 and back care: Open to beginning students
Level 2: Open to students with at least one term of yoga classes and feel ready to apply the principles in a wider range of poses and practices
Level 3: Open to students with at least 2 years of yoga classes. It is recommended that you have a home practice
All Levels: A mixed class level open to beginners and more experienced students
General/Dynamic Vinyasa Flow: Open to students with some experience or those students wishing to work dynamically.
