Since 2004 The Lotus centre has hosted the Reiki Tummo workshops. A growing number of people experience the joy, peace and wonder of learning more about the heart, our energy or non-physical parts of us ... on a journey towards health, wellbeing and spiritual growth.

Meditation Workshop

For many of the past participants the 1/2 day Meditation workshop is a wonderful, truly enjoyable and deeply touching experience.

In this workshop, the focus on learning about energy and our non-physical in Reiki Tummo is now further deepened and expanded into learning how everyone can easily and deeply meditate with the use of the heart. The workshop is:

• A simple and yet profound program making mediation simple, easy, accessible and astonishingly effective
• A deepening of your meditation efforts, helping you to realise how meditation can be cleansing, healing, deeply calming and joyful
• A tool how the beautiful, joyful and calm feeling achieved during meditation, can be integrated into daily life.

The Meditation Workshop introduces you to learning to use the Spiritual Heart as your inner guide and teacher.

The workshop includes and is partially based on an activation of the Pineal Gland. This eases and greatly improves any meditation effort.

In the Meditation workshop, a simple but very effective technique will help you to stimulate your pineal gland, the master gland in your body that controls other glands, to aid you in your meditation.

The pineal gland is also the only gland that can produce melatonin and endorphin hormones. Melatonin regulates the sleep/wake cycle and endorphin is a hormone that helps your brain be calm without any negative side effects.

The workshop aims and, or benefits are:

• Atunement for highly effective and deep meditation
• Deepened understanding of meditation
• Learning to use one’s Spiritual Heart in daily life
• Developing and cleansing of all seven body layers
• One of the key practices of all the unique practices offered by Reiki Tummo (and the spiritual learning offered after, beyond Reiki Tummo), the meditation 'to become an Instrument of Divine' is introduced.

You also learn how to connect yourself better to your higher consciousness and a very simple but advanced meditation technique so you can be a tool of the Divine Source.

The Open Heart Prayer, learned in Reiki Tummo level 2 is being deepened.

The Meditation Workshop is of approximately 4-5 hour duration.
