Reiki Tummo - Level 1

To learn reiki and to use it in daily life is very easy. Everyone can learn and use it, there is no previous knowledge required.

In reiki there is no need to diagnose a problem, no need to find negative energy or to time the energy channelling to someone, the intelligent Reiki or Divine energy will flow once we intend to do so and hold our hands on or above the body and do all that is needed.

Reiki Tummo can be a deepening of your previous reiki learning. The atunements open the entire main energy channel (the sushumna) and also open your heart chakra, facilitating access to greater and deeper levels of energy.

Every step with Reiki Tummo deepens your learning about the Heart, the spiritual Heart, as Reiki Tummo offer access to a specific form of energy. This will assist you to open your heart more and to remove limitations and blockages from around and within your Heart.

Workshop Details - Reiki Tummo 1

This workshop offers an easy-to-follow introduction to both energy channelling and the Heart.

The workshop's aims and benefits are:

• Learning to use our hearts more
• Chakra activation and opening (crown, heart and palm chakras)
• Instant ability to channel Reiki (or Divine) energy
• Sushumna (our main energy channel or nadi) will be fully opened and cleansed

Reiki Tummo 1 additionally introduces a range of exercises and meditations:

• Distant healing
• Self healing
• Chakra balancing
• Yin-yang balancing
• Grounding meditation (for better earth connection and chakra activation)
• Cleansing food & drinks using reiki
• Reducing stress
• A deep and easy reiki-assisted meditation

All exercises and meditations have their own specific benefits and assist with the continuing opening of your Heart.

During and after the workshop participants can experience that a more open heart greatly enhances your capacity to channel reiki energy to ourselves and others.  A more open and radiating heart also improves your connection to the Creator, the Divine Source.

Energy cleansing or healing by reiki or Divine energy

By getting to know the Heart more, learning to relax, smiling to your heart and surrendering more, you can advance spiritually.

You can let your Heart lead more, follow your Heart better and instantly you become more relaxed, peaceful and filled with an inner joy.  Once our Hearts are more radiant, we can start to surrender more …. Surrendering at this level meaning, to realise it is the Divine blessing in the reiki energy working on and through us as we channel.

Learning about and practicing reiki tummo, your learning, abilities and realisations, often beyond the limitations of the mind, can open and you can gain understanding about Divine energy, not only in concept, but in real practice.

During the reiki tummo level 1 atunement all the knots of the main channel (Sushumna) are opened and energy can flow freely along the entire channel. This is an important preparatory step for the Reiki Tummo level 2 atunement, where your kundalini is awakened fully.

Your own energy will increase and your energy levels will improve in every way.  Reiki or divine energy is a uniquely intelligent energy which can heal and help you and others, at emotional, physical, mental and non-physical levels.

A comprehensive workshop manual, that includes suggested practices and additional work materials, is provided. Regular group practice and meditation meetings have been provided for the past two years.  They take place in Hobart and surrounding areas and they have assisted people to:

• Understand the comprehensive workshop material
• Share learning with reiki and the often deep, wonderful and unique experiences
• Continue learning, sharing and to provide personal support on a beautiful, deep and wonderful spiritual journey
• Follow our Heart more every day.
