The Inner Heart is the core of your spirit (true self, higher self, super consciousness, atman) within you. The Inner Heart is the real spark of the Divine Source, the part that is always pure, untouched by any impurity that may have been part of your whole journey.

The Inner Heart workshop is available to participants of the Reiki Tummo Level 2 workshop who have met some additional requirements.

In this workshop, in a sense a secret of all ages is to be revealed, it is how to activate and listen to your Inner Heart, something that no one or no book has taught before.

While this may sound incredible and unbelievable, in Hobart alone over 50 people have participated in the is workshop, all with clear understanding and gained skills as to how to access and use the Inner Heart.

The Inner Heart, as the spark of the Divine Source, always knows what Divine Source wants from you. Life's flow can be experienced in a new way, with inner guidance according to the highest truth, or order or principle.

Most importantly your connection to the Creator or Divine will improve and the spark of Divine can take on its vital role of guiding you on a journey back home, returning to the Creator, achieving yoga, meaning union with Divine.

By connecting to your Inner Heart the way you live your life is revealed to you so you still have enough time to adjust or correct your life, for the Inner Heart knows exactly the way the Divine Source wants your life to be.

As your Inner Heart is activated and strengthened, your heart also opens bigger. You will feel deep and unwavering joy, calmness, peace and love for others when the divine blessing fills your heart and you can feel and deeply enjoy your connection to Divine Source.

The Inner Heart Workshop is usually held once a year on the Friday prior to the Spiritual Retreat.
